Mrs. Nicole Quesada Gurdian is the founding partner of LAW XPERTS and partner of the well recognized lawfirm Immigration Experts.

She joined as a lawyer to the Bar Association of Costa Rica in the year of 2016 and since then she has been in continuous and uninterrupted professional practice. She joined as a public Notary to the Direction of Public Notaries in year 2019.

Professional Practice:

She has worked at several prestigious law firms in San José the capital City, such as NCC Abogados,  Hulbert Volio Parajeles and Immigration Experts.

She has excelled in the areas of  Real Estate, Corporate, Immigration  and Family Law.

As a result of her vast experience, she helps foreigners successfully buy land and properties in a safe way in Nosara and all around Costa Rica and she helps many foreigners obtain their residency, citizenship and work legally,  including  advice on how to pay taxes in our country.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Mr. Carlos Quesada A., is a partner of LAW Xperts and he is the Joint Leader of the Ligation and Administrative Law Deparments.  He joined as a lawyer to the Bar Association of Costa Rica in the year of 1995 and has been practicing law since then.

He has excelled in the areas of Administrative Law, Public Law and Administrative Contracting.

He has worked as an instructor in seminars on Administrative Law and Administrative Contracting and as a panelist at various round tables and discussions organized by the Bar Association of Costa Rica.

He is a Professor accredited by the Academic Direction of the Costa Rican Bar Association of Lawyers, where he teaches courses in Administrative Law and Administrative Contracting.

Since 2014, Mr. Quesada Araya is an integral and active member of the Administrative Contracting Commission of the Costa Rican Bar Association.

Professional practice

Mr. Quesada Araya began his professional practice as a founding partner of the firm QM&A  Abogados in 1994.

He has worked as a lawyer, advisor, director and legal consultant for private companies (national and foreign), mainly in the Telecommunications, Energy and Public Works sectors.

Mr. Quesada Araya has worked in projects of great relevance  and development for the country, such as geothermal, thermal, hydroelectric projects,  electrification, telecommunications, fiber optic projects and more.

During his career, he has served as a private advisor and legal consultant for International Companies  from Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Spain, the United States, France, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Sweden, Switzerland, Venezuela such as: ABB, ALTSOM, ECI TELECOM, HITACHI, LTD., MARUBENI CORPORATION, NEC, THOMSON, GAS Z, among others.

Since 1994, he has successfully represented the interests of transnational and national companies in   Concessions, Administrative Contracting,  International Public Tenders, National Public Tenders and he is as well  actively litigating in Contentious Administrative, Civil  and Constitutional Processes.
